Where we ship

Ohmloft currently ships to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

After processing, most orders are delivered within 3 to 10 business days. Items are sent from different warehouses, so delivery time varies by product, and an order with several items may arrive in more than one package.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add time.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, message us right away through our Contact page. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you do not have it, message us through our Contact page with your order number and we will help.
